Preliminary Design

Based on the initial consultation a detailed CAD landscape design will be created and presented to you for feedback.

Step 3

Design Refinements & Construction Proposal

After the preliminary design presentation, revisions to the design are made based on your feedback. A second meeting will include a review of the revised design and a written estimate for the services to complete the proposed landscaping. Final revisions can be made at this time or during additional meetings.

Step 4

Contract Signing & Project Coordination

Once a contract is signed we will reserve your project build date on the construction schedule. Our operations team will coordinate along with you to continuously communicate the status of the project and what to expect next.

Step 5

Construction Implementation

With a single point of contact for the entirety of your project, you’ll be kept up to date on every aspect of your project. At this stage our professionally trained and qualified crew will build the outdoor living space of your dreams. You will discover the quality and dedication to excellence our team brings.

Step 6

Project Completion Walkthrough & Warranty

Once construction is completed, a final review will be conducted to ensure your happiness with the end result. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
