A Landscape Design is required for most all communities, especially with an active Home Owners Association. Typically, most communities will need to approve the design and verify the company you are working with is professional.

Do I own the designs?

Yes, once our team of design professionals is complete with the design and presents the concepts, the design is yours. You will receive a digital and hard copy.

Is the design fee reimbursed?

Yes, the design fee is reimbursed and credited towards the final invoice pending the customer decides to move forward with our Operations team in constructing the design.

When do I pay the design fee?

The design fee is collected up front, this payment will initiate the design process.

How long does a typical Landscape Design take to complete?

We usually tell our customers, once they have made the design deposit, a design will take 2-3 weeks to complete.

What does the starting design fee get me?

The stating Landscape Design fee of $600 will get you a professional scaled CAD design drawing of either the front OR back of your property. Additional design scope will increase the design fee.
