Elegant Outdoor Living 3D Design
Initial Consultation
Gather scope of work, design preferences, assess existing conditions, establish a budget and project timeline and complete a site survey.
Design Presentation
Our team of designers will provide schematic designs for the agreed upon areas/features. This will include hardscape and landscape elements and a 3D rendering.
Construction Documents
The design team creates detailed and constructible drawings that will include; cross sections, elevations, plan enlargements and specifications for construction.
Implementation
Once you have approved the final design and estimate we will turn the project over to our Operations Team and see it through to completion.

Frequently Asked Questions
The construction design package is needed when the customer is in search of hardscape elements in their designs. This could include, but it not limited t0o: outdoor kitchens, pergolas, water features and retaining walls.
Depending on the elements selected by the customer from the conceptual phase, there is additional drawing fees to translate the ideas into construction details.
In order for our Operations Team to construct hardscape elements they require additional details and information on how the element is to be constructed. This takes a significant more amount of time to draw up.
Lombardo Landscaping will submit for permits and additional engineering of any hardscape elements that require this.
Lombardo Landscaping offers one major revisions to the conceptual phase of the project. This is included in the initial design fee. Once the design is approved the project moves into the Construction Document and Design Development phase.
